Tutorials
A guided path through Cobblr, built by doing. Each tutorial is a short sitting that ends with something real working in your workspace: a category with records in it, a labeled bin you can scan to, a board on a screen. The guides are there when you want to look one feature up; this path is for learning the shape of the thing from the start.
How the path works
The tutorials build on each other in order. Do them front to back the first time through:
- Your first category: get records in, and see them through a view you shaped.
- Capture by scanning: set up a scanner and confirm a scan into that category.
- Label and locate: locations, QR labels, and scanning things straight into a bin.
- Automate with a wire: a reorder point that drafts a purchase order for you.
- Build a custom app: a focused screen over your data, from blocks.
- Put it on a screen: a public board a tablet or TV can show hands-off.
Before you start
You need an instance running and an account in it. If you do not have one, Self-hosting sets up the instance and Your first hour creates your account and first workspace. Each tutorial names what it assumes from the ones before it, so you always know where you should be.
