Hardware
The physical things Cobblr works with, and how to pick and set them up. Three things you'll actually wire up:
- Barcode and QR scanners for capture: scan an item and it lands in your inbox.
- Label printers for QR labels on your bins and parts.
- Cameras for watching a print and catching failures.
The rule that runs through all of it: Cobblr coordinates, it doesn't drive the hardware. A scanner types codes at it, a print manager runs the label printer, a machine's own controller runs the machine. That keeps the hardware side simple and the choices open.
Machines like 3D printers, lasers, and CNCs connect through their own managers, not as raw hardware here. See Digital fabrication and the Integration catalog.
